Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are an OEM/ODM factory in Huizhou, Guangdong, manufacturing phone accessories since 2018. You are welcome to visit or audit our factory.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most items start from 20 pieces; a few chargers and cables start from 50–200 pieces. The exact MOQ is confirmed in your quotation.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. Samples are free — you only pay the express shipping cost.
How can you add my logo?
By laser engraving or silk-screen printing. Send us your artwork and we’ll make a mockup for approval. We also customize color, cable length and packaging.
What is your lead time?
Our average lead time is around 7 days for standard items. Custom and large orders are confirmed in the quotation.
Which trade terms do you offer?
FOB, EXW, DDP and DDU, plus express door-to-door delivery. We ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union and credit card.
Do your products have certifications?
Yes. Our products are available with FCC, RoHS, UL and CE certification. Each certificate covers specific models — tell us which products you need and we’ll send the matching certificates.
